  • 6 large green onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 to 2 cans of tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 container/ pot
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 package of Lipton Onion soup mix
  • 1  to 2 cubes of bouillon
  • 1 48oz can V8 juice
  • Taste ingredients: salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.


  1. Take green onions, slice them, and then add them to the pot.
  2. Now is the time to cut the green pepper too and add it to pot.
  3. Take cabbage, cut the outer layers off the cabbage, and add it to pot.
  4. Put the bunch of celery in pot too of your desired size.
  5. Cut carrots now into pieces, and add them to pot.
  6. Take mushrooms, slice them, and add them to pot.
  7. If you in favor and desire of something spicy, adding a small amount of cayenne pepper or curry can do the magic.
  8. For flavoring your soup and making it more delicious, try adding beef and chicken cubes. This will help you fulfill the need of salt and peppers as well.
  9. Add around 8-12 cups of water and V8 Juice in pot, cover the pot, and put heat on low.
